Founder
Gail Case, CAAP, EMBA
Gail Case is a senior executive leader and management consultant with over 25 years of experience across Canada's media, cultural, nonprofit, and public-facing institutions.
She is the Principal of Case Advisory Group, where she advises organizations, founders, and public institutions on strategy, operations, governance, and sustainable growth. Her work focuses on strengthening infrastructure, clarifying direction, and helping organizations navigate transition with discipline and purpose.
Most recently, Gail served as Executive Director of The Black Academy, providing executive oversight of national programming, stakeholder engagement, and organizational strategy. Prior to that, she was Director of Client Services at FACTOR, where she oversaw the annual allocation of $14M in funding and led work that embedded equity, inclusion, and transparency into funding processes and operations.
Her career spans senior roles in broadcasting, media, and cultural organizations, including CBC, CTV, Global, Blue Ant Media, JAZZ.FM91, and G98.7FM. She brings deep expertise in client relations, program delivery, event production, and cross-sector partnership development.
Gail holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and the CAAP (certified advertising agency practitioner) designation from the Institute of Canadian Advertising. She is respected for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, particularly in mission-driven and community-centred environments.

Project & Research Associate
Adlynn Louidor
Adlynn is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and is currently completing the Ontario Bar licensing process. She brings more than seven years of bilingual (French and English) experience in research, project management, and program development across the nonprofit and community-service sectors, including work supporting Charter rights scholarship, curriculum strategy, and community-based employment programming for newcomers and underserved populations.
She has helped organizations strengthen their programs and operations through strategic planning, policy development, curriculum writing, governance training, evaluation, and stakeholder consultation. At CAG, Adlynn supports project coordination, research, stakeholder engagement, and document development across client engagements.
Adlynn is also the founder of Bridging Borders with Inmates, a nonprofit organization focused on humanizing incarcerated people and addressing the systemic barriers that contribute to the criminalization of racialized children and youth.
